About the Property Fund

General Information

The establishment has been created in 1991 to carry out the Law of Russian Federation "About privatization of state and municipal enterprises in the Russian Federation".

In 2005 took place the corporization of The State Establishment "Property Fund of Saint -Petersburg". The Open Joint-Stock Company "Property Fund of Saint -Petersburg" was created with the city as a 100% shareholder.

At present day Property Fund is the only institution that has legal powers to deal with sales and privatization of the state property of Saint Petersburg. The exclusiveness of the rights of the Fund is based on the Law about the privatization of state property of Saint Petersburg of March 10, 2005 N59-15 and on the Decree of Saint Petersburg Government N1002 of July 11, 2005.

Coordination and regulation activities concerning the establishment are realized by The City Property Management Committee of Saint Petersburg (KUGI).

The primary activity is purchase and sale of property according to the city's interests.

Ways of sale and purchase:

1. the Auction;

2. the Specialized Auction;

3. the Competition;

4. Sale by means of public offer;

5. Sale without announcement of the price;

6. Sale of public corporations shares according to the result of the asset management.

Objects of transactions:

1. shares of joint-stock companies, shares of limited liability companies;

2. uninhabited buildings; premises in an alert condition status; illiquid, including the buildings with land areas;

3. residential buildings, premises in an alert condition status, including the buildings with land lots;

4. land lots;

5. interest in real estate objects, including the ownership on investment conditions;

6. enterprises as property complexes;

7. immovable and personal property of organizations and treasury of Saint Petersburg.

Services of OJSC "The Property Fund of Saint-Petersburg":

The establishment can manage an estimation for (according to the license for implementing of estimate activity):

1. business (enterprises), shares and other securities;

2. real estate objects;

3. personal property objects;

4. fictitious assets and intellectual belongings;

5. other property rights.

Realizes:

1. express -estimation, reviewing estimations of the objects reports (concerning fixing of their value);

2. consultations in the field of estimation and marketing (monitoring).

The license for execution of estimate activity N 013956 of March 03, 2006 is given by the Federal Agency of Federal Property Management.

The insurance N 7869/0024/0302L, the insurer is Open Joint-Stock Company "AlfaStrahovanie".
